A: RA Atmore delivers as far westward to Carpinteria and Eastward to Thousand Oaks. 

Q: How big is a cord and a half-cord of firewood?

Q: Do I have to be present for a delivery? 
A: No. We can deliver to your home as long as we have instructions on how to access the property, where to leave the firewood and how to collect the payment from you.

Q: Do you offer stacking?
A: Yes we offer stacking services. There is an extra fee for stacking, but it will save you a lot of work!

Q: How long do you season your firewood?
A: We season our firewood a minimum of one year to insure the best quality product.

Q: What types of firewood do you offer?
A: We offer our great value mixed wood, hot burning eucalyptus and premium, long burning red oak.

Q: Do you offer wood bundles?
A: We do offer bundles but there is a minimum quantity order of 1 full pallet. If you are a merchant who is interested, please contact us by phone at 1-805-644-6851

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: We accept cash if it is for pickup. We only accept electronic payment or checks for delivery.

Q: Can I pick up the firewood? What is the difference in price? 
A: Currently, all pick-up prices are the same as Ventura prices shown in the pricing section of our website. They can be found here. 

Q: Why is red oak so expensive? 
A: Three reasons- Supply: Red Oak is a protected species in Ventura County and requires permits to cut down or remove.

This cuts down on the number of suppliers and increases the cost to produce. Demand: Red oak is valued as the best type of firewood for both heating and cooking. Because of this reason it is highly sought after by both customers who enjoy a premium product and restaurants and cooks as an excellent wood to make grilling charcoal. Quality: Red Oak is our longest burning product. The firewood burns roughly half as long as our mixed wood. Therefore it contains twice the amount (or more) of heating potential.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or specials? 
A: We offer a 5% senior discount for individuals over 65.
